Pavi carbon bmx rims are made from Toray T700 mixed with T800 carbon fiber and available in UD, 3K, 3K Twill, 12K, 12K Twill and Marble weave carbon, with customized 16~36H spoke holes and Presta(6.5mm) or Schrader(8.5mm) valve hole.

Our braking surface can resist to 240 Degrees Celsius, but we advise to use specific brake pads to have a better and safer braking performance.
All Pavi carbon rims must pass ours tests before the production process. Test standard base and exceed EN ISO 4210.
Before to validate the development of our rims with:
- Lateral Static Load Test
- Horizontal Rigid Test
- Horizontal Impact Test
- Spoke Tension Test
- Braking Test
And we also test the rims during production according:
- Flatness test: <0.25mm
- Roundness test: <0.5mm
- Dynamic Equilibrium: <3g
- Torsion Strength: >50kg
- Ultimate Strength: >200kg
