PAVI has been a professional Carbon BMX Rims original supplier to many of the world’s leading BMX brands. Especially in the USA, France, UK, Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, Canada. Pavi carbon bmx rims are made from Toray T700 mixed with T800 carbon fiber and available in UD black carbon weave.

Pro 20*1.75″ serial rims are drilled for 36H spoke holes and Presta(6.5mm) valve hole.

20″ 406mm ETRTO Pro Elite BMX rim fits tires 20*1.50″ to 20*2.125″ (32mm wide rim Max. fits 20*2.40″)

• Maximum tires pressure: 130psi/8.97bar
• Maximum spokes tension: 300kg
• Maximum rider weight: 130kg
• ERD data is spoke measurement size, check below form.

Pavi bmx rim braking surface can resist to 240 Degrees Celsius, but we advise to use specific brake pads to have a better and safer braking performance.

All Pavi carbon rims must pass ours tests before the production process. Test standard base and exceed EN ISO 4210.

Before to validate the development of our rims with:

• Lateral Static Load Test
• Horizontal Rigid Test
• Horizontal Impact Test
• Spoke Tension Test
• Braking Test

And we also test the rims during production according:

• Flatness test: <0.25mm
• Roundness test: <0.5mm
• Dynamic Equilibrium: <3g
• Torsion Strength: >50kg
• Ultimate Strength: >200kg

• Specific resin rims brake track is designed for BMX race and street. Carbon specific pad required.
• Wider Design. gives a slightly larger volume to the tyre, meaning you can run less air pressure for a better ride, while still maintaining rolling speed.
• The inside of the rim had been especially designed for high pressure tyre mounting. The rims are super stiff and strong, yet still achieve a low weight.
