29er 700C 31mm Width Disc Brake All Road Gravel Carbon Rims

31mm width All Road carbon rim series is newly developed. PAVI team devoted ourselves to designing, researching and manufacturing, which comes out with this great product we’ve ever made, Aerodynamically optimized for high volume tires, fitted for riding on mountains and all roads.

We made five different depths to adapt to different usage environments, 34mm, 39mm 44mm 49mm and 54mm, in style of clincher, hookless and tubular.

We recommend the configuration of front wheel in 34mm, 39mm and 44mm depth and rear wheel in 44mm, 49mm and 54mm depth.

34mm and 39mm depth rims are designed to be more aero-dynamical, 44mm, 49mm and 54mm are V cross-section profile, which could lead to higher speed on racing.

• Wider 24/25mm internal width and mid-depth profile offers enough aerodynamic help when riding alone across gravel plains, but not so deep that is hard to control in crosswinds.
• Super lightweight, rim constructed with premium Toray T700S & T800 carbon fiber, best strength to weight ratio with no expense spared.
• Smooth Wall Tech. No folded prepreg during curing, smooth both inside and outside rim wall to reduce potential quality issues.
• Carbon Strip Reinforcement. Use unique carbon strip to strengthen the spoke tension and stabilize rim structure and reduce the rim weight.
• Impact Resistant Construction. Carbon rims feature a layer of composite material that increases the impact strength and helps distribute energy and shock from impacts to the rim.
• Tubeless Ready. Bead lock design makes the rims better tubeless tire setup and better sealing, results a more lightweight carbon wheels for gravel & cyclocross bike.
• Angled spoke holes allows the nipple to pull straight in line with the spoke for reduced stress, this results in fewer broken spokes and nipples.
