LIMITED WARRANTY
Pavi Bikes guaranty all items for durability using and offer 2 years warranty on Frames. 1 year warranty on Rims, Forks, Bars and other items. In case of a repair or replacement, the warranty period to the total product does not extend.
This warranty policy only applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
About replacements during the warranty period, Pavi Bikes will obligate to replace the products, and the customer would be responsible for the shipping cost.
Please kindly noted that this warranty does not apply but not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Any defects and damages due to improper assemble, maintenance, care by unprofessional technician.
- Any defects and damages due to accident, crash, large impact, misuse, neglect, abuse, stunt riding etc.
- Any defects or damages resulting from the use of unauthorized spare parts.
Crash replacement:
In case of bad luck, Pavi Bikes supports you by offering replacement product with 10% discount on the current price of products, and the customer would be responsible for the shipping cost.
Warranty Submission:
- Locate your product serial number and record it.
- Take some clear photo of the affected product area.
- Send us an email with the photo, serial number and description of the damage. also the purchase date.
We will respond within 48 hours to get you back riding as soon as possible!
